Medicare Advantage HMO, HMO-POS, and PPO Plans

Medicare Advantage plans are health care options that are part of the Medicare program. Coverage may include Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage as well as hospital, doctor, skilled nursing, and other medical services.

Medicare Supplement Plans

A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance plan, sold by private companies, can help pay some of the health care costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover, like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.  Unlike many Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans allow you to access care anywhere in the U.S. from providers who accept Medicare.  With no networks and no referrals, this type of plan could be ideal for you.  Let's talk!

Medicare Part D:  Prescription Drug Plans

Medicare Part D is the federal government's prescription drug program that covers both brand-name and generic prescription drugs at participating pharmacies in your area. These prescription drug plans can be part of your Medicare Advantage HMO, HMO-POS, or PPO plan. Those prescription drug plans that are not embedded into a Medicare Advantage plan are called stand-alone prescription drug plans and one does pay a monthly premium.
